OUTSTANDING CONTROL FEATURE AND PERFORMANCE

 

With Brother’s new B00 CNC control, you’ll have the power and ease of operation necessary to lead in today’s market.  The Brother B00 control was designed specifically to work hand-in-hand with the Brother machine.  By incorporating powerful process speed with ease and flexibility of a multi format G-Code / Conversational platform, the B00 brings productivity increases of up to 10% over previous Brother models.  And when compared to most 40 Taper machining centers, these increases are even more dramatic.  Add to that the standard maintenance notice functions and High Accuracy Mode A for contour machining, and you have a powerful performance tool.

 

BROTHER’S QUICK TABLE

 

At the heart of all Brother multi-pallet machines is the servo-driven Brother Quick Table.  Developed to provide high speed (3 -3.4 second) pallet change times, and highly repeatable operation, the QT is a powerful tool in fighting wasted non-cutting time.  Because the QT is servo-driven, it has the ability to change the work piece while changing tools and moving other axes.  And with the convenience of a center hole through the table, interfacing 4th or 5th axis rotary tables or hydraulics or pneumatics is a snap.  There are no difficult cable or plumbing issues to overcome as found in side-shuttle pallet changer applications.
