TC-22B

The extremely rigid TC-22B / TC-22B-O accommodates parts and castings of up to 661 lbs. The column and base are designed from CAE analysis and DBB spindle construction.

A true crossover machine, our 30 taper TC-22B has the same, and often an even greater capacity than some 40 taper machines.

Drill, tap and mill at spindle speeds up to 16,000 rpm and rapid traverse speeds of 2,756 IPM on all axes. A double arm ATC mechanism system reduces tool-to-tool tool changes to 0.9 seconds with 28-tool storage capacity.

To accommodate larger work envelopes, we offer the TC-22B-O, featuring an extended X-axis on this machine.
