From September 14-19, Yamazen joined manufacturers from across the industry at McCormick Place in Chicago for IMTS 2026. New Machine Technology Takes Center Stage
IMTS 2026 featured several major machine introductions, including the global debut of the Brother SPEEDIO M300Xd2-5AX 64T, which expands Brother's compact M-Series lineup with 64-tool capacity.
Brother also showcased the new U500Xd2-5AX in 28-tool and 100-tool configurations, along with the HU550Xd1-5AX, highlighting advancements in compact 5-axis machining.
On the turning side, Nidec TAKISAWA introduced the TS-4000IIYS to the U.S. market alongside the TCY-200IIYS, demonstrating advanced turning and multitasking capabilities.
