The FLEX3-Pallet automation solution by Yamazen is a high-performance CNC automation cell engineered specifically for Brother SPEEDIO S, M, U, and H series machining centers. Designed to maximize spindle uptime and throughput, the system supports up to 40 standard 6” x 6” pallets and expands to 56 pallets with an optional load station.
Powered by a 6-axis industrial robotic arm with 10KG payload capacity, the FLEX3 enables automated pallet loading, custom load scheduling, and seamless CNC program selection without interrupting the machining cycle.
