Yamazen Inc. has released the company’s exhibition plans for IMTS, International Manufacturing Technology Show

Discover new technologies and solutions at Yamazen’s 100’ x 100’ booth, located in the South Hall, Booth 338536 at McCormick Place, September 14-19, 2020. On exhibit will be machine tools and live demonstrations from our industry-leading builders: Brother International Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc., and Takisawa Inc. Matsuura Machinery will have their own booth at IMTS, Booth 338148.

In total, 15 machines will be on display with live demonstrations. Yamazen’s Tooling Division will be onsite with tools and accessories manufactured by some of the finest accessory and tooling OEMs in the industry.

Highlights at the Yamazen booth will be the NEW machines released by their builder partners:

The Brother SPEEDIO M200X3 and M300X3 multi-tasking machines allow for multiple machine processes with one-time chucking. The M300X3 is a larger version of the Brother multi-tasking machine and was created for larger workpieces. The M200X3 has the option to add a compact automation assistant to load and unload the machine. This unit, the Brother BV Loader, will be shown with the M200X3.

In addition to the Brother loading system, Yamazen’s Automation Division will be displaying the FLEX2 automation cell with Nachi robotic arm. This durable, conveyor cell will demonstrate its loading and unloading ability working alongside 2 Brother SPEEDIO S300X1s.

Takisawa has released the new high speed, multitasking machine the TMX-4000ST. This highly-precision machine has an extended work area with a large axis travel; X-axis 605 mm, Y-axis 260 mm, and Z-axis 1500 mm. Highly accurate machining, milling and end face drilling, is possible by one chucking with the C-axis (turning spindle) fixed.

The Mitsubishi MAF-E II, a table-type horizontal boring mill, was introduced to meet the needs for higher precision and efficiency for large components. This is achieved through thermostabilized columns, a spindle cooling system and the machine’s overall rigid construction.

Along with all of the incredible technology on display, Yamazen’s highly knowledgeable sales engineers will be available to share the most advanced information and techniques that have been developed.

Yamazen’s goal is to show how their machining solutions can improve productivity, quality and reliability while lowering customers’ current production costs.

Yamazen retains strong relationships with their builder partners, allowing them to keep these machine tools and their parts well-stocked. With 14 national support and technical centers across the USA: Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit, Fort Myers, Hartford, Indianapolis, Knoxville, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Phoenix, their factory to market approach allows them to link the manufacturer to the end-user, providing quicker response and top-notch local market support.
